Try to imagine you have a bucket, And that bucket is empty now imagine that is your wellness. You don’t want to keep it empty and you’re looking at ways of filling it.

firstly let’s have a look at what wellness is. It is a choice, according to the National wellness Institute, wellness is defined as a conscious, self-directed and evolving process of achieving full potential. The state of being comfortable healthy and happy is white people look towards wellness. They want to feel comfortable healthy and happy and free from the discomfort of being unwell.

there are 6 wellness buckets.

1. Physical

2. Social

3. Intellectual

4. Emotional

5. Occupational

6  spiritual

there should be a balance in your life of all six wellness buckets. For example, when we have a major life stresses in the occupational, social and emotional areas like starting a new business, financial burdens, this is when our buckets start to empty.

A good suggestion is to start your day with what you would like to achieve in that day, write it down in order of importance. Then have a look at your list, are you doing activities that you enjoy activities or that you don’t. There needs to be a balance to obtain a good physical, Emotional, intellectual and spiritual bucket. The same goes for your job, if you’re not enjoying your job your book it will be empty, so you then need to work out what are you doing the job you did not enjoy doing and look at what you can do to change that. Remember all the time anything you do in your life is a choice.
