Have you never meditated before, are you worried about how you will manage to do it.
I would say most people need meditation in their lives. Sometimes people think they are too busy to meditate or sometimes you feel you need to be in the right environment to meditate.

I don’t agree with this you can meditate anywhere and sometimes you need to meditate for a few moments, in fact to begin with I suggest you only meditate for a short while and build up

Find a quiet place find a quiet place, this could be anywhere it could be as you’re sat on the train it could be as you’re having five minutes at your desk make meditation work for you. To begin with I suggest you go somewhere quiet and alone so you don’t feel foolish. Once you get into the swing of it you could just have five minutes at your desk and nobody would know.

Firstly I suggest you close your eyes and try and block out any noise.  Get yourself in a comfortable position it could be lying on the floor sitting cross-legged or sitting on the sofa whatever is comfortable for you is the best way to meditate. remember when you start to meditate there’s no right and a wrong way to meditate it really is a personal preference. I personally like to meditate in my bed at night as I drift off to sleep And then sometimes in the morning when I’m feeling refreshed.

For meditation you can have music or you could have a guided meditation, there are plenty of apps out there or CDs. Or like I do I like silent meditation. Silent meditation means there’s no noise at all only the sounds of the environment around you I find this way of meditating very powerful and very much in the moment. Everybody is different and you will find what Works for you.
