Reflexology is a a massage involving using different pressures on different areas of your feet (or hands and ears).

The theory is that different areas of the feet correlate with different areas of the organs and areas of the body helping pinpointing blocked areas, areas of pain or areas that need healing. This is a traditional Chinese therapy.
