1-1 counselling sessions are offered by Creating Wellness to people who want change in their lives.
Our counselling services are ideal for people who feel stuck or people who want support over relationships, domestic abuse and bereavement. Counselling offered by Creating Wellness is person centred, completely confidential and a we always take a non- judgmental, caring approach.
